Mini Sessions $525 and include:

• 20 minutes of session time for up to 5 people ($25/additional person)

• Online Proofing Gallery to view your images and make your selections

• 10 High Resolution Digital Images of your Choice

• Printing rights for personal use

• Optional Wardrobe Consultation, Pinterest board for inspiration

• Full gallery of images, prints, canvases, albums, etc are available for separate purchase

Around 2-3 weeks after your session, I will send you an online proofing gallery to view your images and make your selections.

FALL MINI SESSIONS

What is a mini session? 

A mini session is a shortened version of the full 1 hour family portrait session. It works great for families looking to update their family portrait and to get some beautiful photos for holiday cards, prints, canvases, albums, or gifts!

What is included in my session?

Mini Session Fee includes photographer's time and talent, optional wardrobe consultation, 20 minute session time for up to 5 people, post processing, online proofing gallery to view and select your images, 10 high res. digital images, and printing rights for personal use.

Can I order more digital images and products?

Yes! Additional images are $50 each and the Full Gallery (all images) is $350. Prints, canvases, albums, and Holiday cards are also available for purchase.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourselves! If you would like to add more variety, feel free to bring accessories that can be quickly swapped out like a hat, scarf, sweater, jacket, etc.

How many family members can I include in my mini session?

The session fee includes up to 5 family members. $25/additional person. Please email for additional family members: info@treeswingphotography.com. Dogs are welcome, pending location. Most of the locations require dogs to be on-leash.

How many poses will we have?

The mini session goes by quickly! We'll aim to capture as much as we can in the 20 minute time frame. This usually is enough for a few shots of the entire family, some breakout shots of just the kids, some individuals, and a few candids. If you would like more variety in poses, more time for candids, and a larger variety of backgrounds, a 1 hour Signature Session may be a better fit.

When should I arrive?

Mini sessions move quickly and are scheduled back-to-back. It is important that you arrive at least 20 mins early to get the most out of your time slot. Additional time can not be added for late arrivals!

How long after the session should I expect to get my photos?

Around 2-3 weeks after the session I will send you a link to an online gallery. You may view your photos and make your selections there. The gallery will be open for 1 week.

Do you touch up the photos?

I edit the photos to my style and standard for things like exposure, white balance, crop, and the like. Fine Retouching such as skin smoothing and blemish removal are available for $25/image.

What should we wear?

After you book, I'll send over some tips on what to wear and a link to a Pinterest board for ideas. You are more than welcome to email me photos or “flat lays” of outfits together and I can offer feedback as well. We can also schedule a chat on the phone if that is more convenient.

What if it's bad weather?

Hopefully we will get a beautiful, sun-drenched session! However, if it's a cloudy day we will still shoot. Plan on bringing layers so you and the kids stay comfortable and ready for anything. If it is actively raining that day we will reschedule.

What if I need to cancel?

I understand that sometimes life intervenes. If an emergency or illness comes up and you are not able to make your session, please let me know as soon as possible. The session fee is non-refundable, but you may apply it to a future session within the next 6 months.  Cancellations within 72 hours of the session will incur a $75 re-scheduling fee.

When should I book?

This season is the busiest time of year for family photographers and mini sessions book up quickly! If you would like to book, please do so sooner than later to guarantee yourself a spot. If you are interested in a 1 hour Signature Session, please contact me ASAP. I will be offering a limited number of those as well.
